Received as a free gift with my order. Much softer than a solid memory foam pillow, and has a very nice cover with it. The adjustability is nice, I was able to remove the foam bits to get the pillow to a nice height.

Just note that it is a bit warm to sleep on which is an unfortunate side effect of memory foam despite it being labelled as “cooling”. Also needs to be fluffed more frequently than a standard pillow because of how loose the filling is in the case.

Great concept but not for me

Love that the pillow is adjustable and fits well in your pillowcases however with all the filling in it is way too high to use for sleeping. When you take some of the filling out the pillow it is no longer firm and feels empty which defeats the purpose. If you like a firm pillow perhaps try another option.
