Win Back Your Order Promotion – Terms and Conditions

Promotional Period

The Win Back Your Order promotion runs from 12:00 AM (AEST) 27 June 2026 to 11:59 PM (AEST) 28 June 2026.

Entries received outside this period are not eligible.


Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

To be eligible, participants must:

• Place an order on www.ecoy.com.au during the promotional period
• Be subscribed to Ecoy marketing emails at the time of the draw
• Be following Ecoy on Instagram Instagram (@ecoy.aus) at the time of winner selection

Employees of Ecoy, its agents, contractors, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Each eligible order placed during the promotional period constitutes one entry. No minimum spend applies.


Entry Method

Entry is automatic upon placing a qualifying order during the promotional period, provided email subscription and Instagram follow requirements are met.

No additional registration is required.


Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive:

• A full refund of their eligible order placed during the promotional period

The refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash outside of the order refund value.


Winner Selection

The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted on 30 June 2026 at 8:00 PM (AEST).

The draw will be conducted fairly and impartially from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.

Winner Notification and Announcement

The winner will be notified via email and announced on Ecoy’s Instagram account Instagram (@ecoy.aus) and via email.


Winner Claim

The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to confirm eligibility and accept the prize.

If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, Ecoy reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.


Verification and Disqualification

Ecoy reserves the right to verify eligibility, including order validity, subscription status, and Instagram follow status.

Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or non-compliant with these Terms may be disqualified.


Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winner.

By entering, participants consent to their first name and order information being used for winner announcement purposes on Ecoy’s website and social channels.


Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecoy is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or use of the prize.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


General Conditions

Ecoy reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its control
• Verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms
• Make all decisions relating to the promotion, which will be final

No correspondence will be entered into.

Ecoy Monthly Draw Competition – Terms and Conditions

The promoter is Ecoy Pty Ltd (ABN 15 646 192 761), located in Australia.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. To be eligible, participants must make a purchase from www.ecoy.com.au and submit a verified product review on Ecoy’s website for their purchased item during the competition period. Employees of Ecoy, its agents, contractors, or their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per product review is permitted.

Competition Period

The competition runs on a monthly basis, commencing at 12:00 AM (AEST) on the first day of each calendar month and ending at 11:59 PM (AEST) on the last day of the same month. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible for that month’s draw but may be included in the next valid month if still eligible.

Entry Method

Eligible entries are automatically recorded when a verified purchase and corresponding product review are submitted during the competition period. No additional entry form or action is required. By submitting a review, entrants confirm their agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Prize Details

Each month, two winners will be randomly selected to receive one free Ecoy Cooling Bamboo Sheet Set in their preferred size and colour, subject to availability. Each prize is valued at up to AUD $249 and is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen by a random draw conducted within five business days of the end of each competition period. The draw will be conducted fairly and impartially from all eligible entries received during that month.

Winner Notification and Prize Claim

Winners will be contacted by Ecoy’s support team by email or phone within seven business days of the draw. Winners must respond within 14 days to confirm their acceptance and provide delivery details. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, they will forfeit the prize and Ecoy reserves the right to redraw and select a replacement winner.

Unclaimed Prizes

If a prize remains unclaimed after a redraw or if Ecoy cannot contact a winner despite reasonable efforts, the prize will be forfeited.

Verification and Disqualification

Ecoy reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries, including purchase and review validity. Entries may be disqualified if found to be incomplete, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

Privacy and Data Usage

Personal information collected during the competition will be used for the purpose of conducting the draw and fulfilling prizes. General Conditions

Ecoy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary. Ecoy’s decisions in relation to the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
