Full disclosure: I already had a pillow that I really love, and I almost didn't try out this one because of it. I'm glad I gave it a go because being able to swap between the warm and cool sides has been awesome.

Unfortunately, no matter how much or little filling I took out (and put into the bag provided specifically for that!) I couldn't get used to the pillow itself. But, since I loved the ability to flip between sides, I snagged the inner casing that had the warm/cool ability and put it on my own pillow, and let my Mum adopt the memory foam pillow.

I think it would be great if you could buy just the case so you can still enjoy the benefits even if you don't like memory foam!

Received this flip pillow and love it. Great to be able to adjust height and as it is humid weather have found the cool side works really well! Looking forward to using the other side when the weather cools down

absolutely obsessed with Ecoy’s new Flip Cooling Pillow! It’s genuinely one of the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on, and the cooling side is AWESOME — especially in Queensland’s hot summers. I was worried at first because it felt a little high for me, but then I realised it’s fully adjustable. Once I customised it, it became my main pillow.

And now… I want to buy another one for my partner because I refuse to give mine up 😂
